We tried the jowar sorghum millet atta from Truefarm. Made chapatis and even added in making savoury pancakes. The chapatis tasted and seemed pretty ok just like normal wheat atta. Maybe the composition of jowar is less though it's good for health. Atta was otherwise nice.
