If you want to buy the car go and visit the place yourself. No one can decide to buy any car on photos, if you really want to buy car visit personally. Don't ask on phone. They were not that much updated with all the vehicles. I liked the pre and after sales service. They have given m 1 year warranty also. Till date its hassle free service now. Such a disappointing experience. It is sad how some companies have no regard for the time and energy of its customers. Booked an appointment with these guys 5 days in advance. Made a call to the showroom in the morning to confirm the same appointment and they said it's all set. Travelled for almost 2 hrs to go to their showroom and find out the car has been sold 3 days ago. The sales person trying to convince me that the appointment was never for this 'said' car. I login into his own companies website and show him the appointment. Then he tells me that they haven't confirmed the appointment that morning. To which I make him hear a recording of the my phone call from the morning. I have no problem accepting that the car I have made an appointment for, has gotten sold. But the least the company can do is inform me when I call them to confirm the appointment that it is sold. Not waste their time and my time in the process. Absolutely pathetic experience from my end. Makes me wonder if this is all some sort of Scam. You have definitely lost me as a customer.
