I was on family trip on weekdays to avoid weekend hype but the cost paid was not worth for my Villa. I took Villa Royal room with bathtub but it doesn't serve the purpose as it was very dirty with algae in it. It was not cleaned properly. Room was okay but dusty. Room service was good. Outdoor activities were not functional. Food is too costly, you can't even think of having food in restaurant. Ambience was great. Overall okay okay.
We were 3 families with children hence we took a 4bhk villa which was excellent, The private dinning area and the pantry was a big help. The children loved the private pool, the open area tub was a bit of disappointed the hot water was warm. Food was good service was slow. However this is still a very good option if you want to chill with your family and friends, they did thier best to help the guests.
Rooms were ok for the price charged. The door lock of the balcony was broken. There was water already in the kettle. Jacuzzi was not clean. Food was good. Property area is good and clean. Staff was polite. Road approach is not so good May be because of rainy weather.
1. Poor customer service. 2. Rooms not cleaned at all. No water bottles were there in rooms. Floor was wet when we checked in. 3. We were given the rooms 25 mins Late, even we have requested for little early check as the kids were tired because of long journey. 4. Next day we got a call from reception that we are late for our check out. I showed them my booking details and then they apologized.
Very well maintained and spacious resort. Hardly 2 hours from Mumbai. Overall experience is good . Food is delicious. Room are clean . Staff is helpful and friendly.
The food is not Good. They don't Serve anything after 10:30pm. No room Service available. Emergency contact doesn't answer the call. Can't even expect them to provide cutlery late. They don't have staff is what the reception said. Club Mahindra property shouldn't be this bad.
Rooms are good but services are extremely unprofessional. Issues I faced: 1. Wifi: it doesn't work at all. In case you get into any web emergency, their wifi won't help you load even a single web page. I called the reception but they don't even answer the calls. 2. Location: you have to drive around 5-10 mins on very bad road. Such a big property in completely remote area. There aren't anything around this property. You can't go anywhere by walking. For everything you will have to rely on your own vehicle. 3. Calls to reception aren't answered: In case you want help from reception they won't answer your call in the first go. You will have to continuously redial them multiple times. In case they answer your call they won't serve you easily. For example: I'd asked them to send drinking water bottles as they hadn't placed it when I checked in to the room. I had to ask them again and again and they took more than an hour to send it to the room. Room cleaning: While heading out, I had put the room service sign on. To my surprise when I returned the room was not cleaned. No new water bottles were provided. For such a price you are paying, it isn't value for money.
Amazing location ... Huge hotel area ... Pool spa centre available... Amazing ambience ... Good service ... Nice huge rooms .... Good food ... The road reaching here is a little rough but it's worth it once you see the property...
