This hotel and it's location is nice but the owner ruins your experience completely. I booked this hotel on Oyo to get a standardized experience but the owner denied sharing wifi and asked me to go ahead and complain if I want to. There were some more guests who seemed annoyed with his attitude. He talks like a local goon and has 'outsiders are helpless without him' attitude. Room service was average and staff looked under his pressure to listen to the owner and not to what customer needs. Owner runs this hotel like a lodge & was busy making more money by stuffing too many people in a hall near their restaurant. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

Staff was cooperative. Rooms were good but they promised hot water which they couldn't provide. Which gave us bad trip in our trip

Ekant Resort, I had booked rooms from OYO. But, they denied to allot rooms from OYO and repeatedly told us to cancel the room. So, I had to cancel oyo rooms and went another hotel for night stay in Netala.

Hotel and the location is awesome completely satisfied with hotel service people should go and enjoy hotel comfort and the service above then beauty of nature
