Wonderful experience dealing with Trodly. We were looking for a full day cab facility for Hampi and their online portal was very responsive. They were very quick to respond to our requirements and provide a reliable vendor. The cab driver was well behaved and took us to most parts of Hampi. Overall..very satisfied with Trodly and will recommend them easily!

Took a Bangalore site seeing tour. The driver was not cooperative and not responding to any questions. We have to request each time after boarding the car to switch on the ac. We requested to take us to a good non veg restaurant nearby lalbaug or cubbon park. Driver said there is no parking and he just took a tour of hotel and brought us to museum sightseeing at 3pm. We were very hungry and asked him to consider customer request and not stick to only the itinerary. The time limit of 8 hours is not long enough to cover all the spots mentioned in the tour itinerary.

Booked cab for Ujjain sightseeing and was overcharged. Communication with their vendor partners is very poor. They are of no help after you book a cab. Very poor service. Go with the local cab drivers when in Ujjain. Trodly will rip you apart with their high charges.

I did a similar motorcycle tour 3a ago in leh Ladakh. So I can compare . This time the information flow was very bad . We had to beg for every info: who is our organizer, which hotel in leh . When to leave .... And so on . Even now I don't know who was realy responsible for us . One kept the passport of my friend , we were told it's with him all the tour . Finally we found out he used it as deposit for the bikes and left it at the rental person. We were told to be added to the whatsapp group to share pics. This never happened . The Organisation this time was a Desaster in comparison to the one 3 a ago. Dr M. Petermeyer , Germany

I had booked airport transfers for my parents from Trodly. It was completely hassle free, the driver was very friendly and it was worth the price and my parents were really happy about it. Looking forward for more trips from Trodly !

To go to a secluded, unknown place was definitely daunting but Trodly made it all so much easier. We booked ski classes through their app and it was honestly such a breeze. The people from the ski camp at Auli promptly coordinated with us and were very professional. The team at Trodly were always available to answer questions and help us out. The amount of fun we had at Auli wouldn't be possible without Trodly.

I loved trodly,cause their packages are really good and they provide the best services when it comes customers.This is the best online platform for booking tours and other activities.There are literally zero complaints.I suggest trodly than any other service.

The driver was not experienced and dependent on Google Map for everything, one should have to be more proactive when on a tour, for eg: to be at the exit when being called to leave instead of being stranded or strolling elsewhere. The AC of the car was not functioning well enough, just blower. The time limit of 8 hours is not long enough to cover all the spots mentioned in the tour itinerary.
