Felt cheated. Took my grand father there for enquiring about the cost of new hearing aid. They conducted hearing test without asking us although we told we have a very recent report from few months back. They charged 400 unnecessarily. We did not want another hearing test. We just wanted to enquire cost of new hearing aid and they ended up charging 400 for the same. I regret not confronting them saying charging 400 was unnecessary and unreasonable
My grandfather is one among many who got benefitted from hearing aid treatment. Needless to mention, the amount of doctor & staff care takes for a patient and commendable service.
Wonderful experience with Dr.Trivikram garu. He combines his expertise with a willingness to listen and discuss. He, being both professional and friendly at the same time, and the staff was also helpful and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone.
