Taste is really good, best in it's category. Love the service and humble behavior of the workers. Will visit and promote other colleagues to have the pastries from here. The looks was awesome too.

I couldn't add review for shreyanagar location hence adding here ,yesterday we had bought aniversary cake where we could mind many chunks of egg shells inside it ... Required to maintain the quality as per brand.

I bought birthday cake here for the guest of 50 members. Soon after entering the shop, staff greeted well. They enquired on purpose of visit. After the discussion, for the birthday cake they have album on different pattern with its weight. I selected 4kg cake, before finalizing they explained on all the available flavours. Service is quick and effective. I would recommend my known circle to visit this store and i will also visit in future.

The cake v ordered was really very delicious & amazing.. The cake wat i wanted was the same & The quantity was really more than I expected. It make look easy. But there are tons of efforts & details to take care of.. Amazing work & talented bakers!!!!!

Behaviour: Staff plays important role in any commercial establishments. They connect the customer to the business. When u step into a shop and you find staff busy on their smart phone what else you expect from them? they feel you are disturbing their quality time on reels. On top of it, if you ask for the catalogue to check the varieties of cakes to order, their first question will be " How many kg of cake you want?_ if you plan to order a cake less than 1 kg, then you are not qualified to see their precious catalogue. One thing the staff need to understand that not all th customers interested in quantity... Instead quality. Not all customers have an idea of what type of cakes you are selling. Quality: Tried 4-5 varieties of pastries. More of sugary and filled with cream.taste is ok, not great. Their Nippattu preperation tastes like a Raw papad.

In a half kg cake, almost 200.gms cream. Price is 350/- It used to be good in the beginning; now the quality is not that good.
