The hotel rooms were quite good and clean. AC was working well. The hotel is at a good location just 1.5 km from the railway station. Wifi speed was also great.
taste of food is average price of the same is above average. Customer service is very low. Toilet facilities is pathetic water taps are old and malfunctioning. A/C is not working or the ambiance is very hot . Totally it's an average hotel
Today on 25.5.2023 I have lunch from the hotel, the food quality I feel very poor. They served like pazhamkanji and not hot meals, market cheapest vegitables only used, tapioca made like kitchadi, rice was also weted with water. Poor management.
Went to the Q9 restaurant for lunch. The fish curry meals was pretty good. All the curries were tasty and good service. During lunch hours it could get very busy and finding a table can be an issue. The fish fry ordered was not upto mark and tasted like the fish was not fresh. Visited this place several times now and their biriyani is also good.

Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team.

It was built to provide 4 star deluxe service at highly economical charges by a visionery Doctor. Till the great personality alive managed and monitored greatly at highly competitive.
Immediately after his last breath leaded out affected every session including Food which was non competitive by all means. Even price increased taste & service dimnished.

Worst experience and the food was very tasteless. They are not keeping minimum standards in serving food. We went as a family their for lunch, they cannot even serve food with the minimum taste ,no sufficient food was their and at least its a minimum courtesy to inform their customers prior to dine. Extremely disappointed with the food of QNINE / TRIVANDRUM HOTEL
But the disappointing part was when nobody is taking care of the table orders. Only one guy was there for taking all the orders and he was literally tired, and all the senior guys playing BOSS roles and commanding and blaming this poor service guy Infront of all their customers.
Finally, the interaction with the manager was bizarre. Those people are extremely defensive, and they don't have any minimum quality of keeping their customers. It was clear that they did not care to lose their customers.
Strongly recommend please try another restaurant in Trivandrum that may be worth trying before this one Trivandrum Hotel / QNINE.
