Trium Resorts Alapuzha - Resort hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

On my way to Alappuzha with my family, I was searching online for a hotel to spend a night as we had to board a train in the morning and this hotel came through. I contacted on the given mobile number to confirm availability of rooms. The man who attended the phone was very nice and informed me about available rooms and rates. Once we reached the hotel (at around 9:30 pm), we were offered two double bed rooms. One room was facing the lake and the other on the opposite side. Both rooms were well kept and the bathrooms were also were nice and clean. In the morning, the front office staff (Mr. Basil, who was new at this place - in his own words ) offered to walk us around and showed us the nearby areas and offered to take our photographs also. His behaviour was particularly very good and made us feel at home. All in all a very good experience. Each one of us enjoyed the short stay.

The best hospitality in alappey, resort is very near to backwaters of allappey, room and their services are excellent too.

Do not book any rental vehicle from here or near this area some people are just there to trick you and hogg more money by making you pay for the scooty's previous scratch ...... be careful check rental vehicle conditions.

It's a decent place with good view from the property. Book the place Direct with the contact number than any other travel websites. They are very friendly and supportive with any thing you ask. They also have houseboats and kayaking arrangements if you wish to take. Over all a very nice place to stay and explore around. One thing. The road reaching the property is very narrow so big cars won't pass by so kindly keep a note for the same.

Location is excellent. near to the back waters. room size is very small and the main thing they can give little more importance on the bed n linen part. hygiene and cleanliness was not upto the mark. should be looking into those things very closely.

This property is very well maintained and is very close to boat-house hub. The staffs are great and indeed the hospitality is at its best. Manager Mr. Arunkumar is very polite and a gentleman. Facilities are adequate. Parking place is good but the roads reaching the property is bit narrow .

Not Much good ,not much bad. This trium resort is so and so Rooms are too small And no dining area

it's a new property. difficulty in parking the car as the road to reach property was small. no lift. AC and washroom are leaking. they are not good. the only good thing about the property is the view of Alleppey backwaters from the balcony. value for money. no food available at the property. bad maintenance but good rooms.
