Tristar Hospital - Hospital in Surat - Surat, India

From outside, it seems small ordinary hospital but it is not. The Tristar hospital is one of the superspeciality hospital located in surat. It has every diagnostic facilities and disease therapy available. The cleanliness is very well maintained. All the doctors and staff members are very kind and supportive. Overall, the management is great. It was a nice experience there for full body medical checkup. The prices are very reasonable. So you can definitely consider this hospital.

Pathetic hospital, we didn't allowed to get discharge till 11.30 pm because of their lethargic process & late claim submission. Now I am chasing them since more than a month to get my deposit back and the account person keeps giving me fake commitments that it will be done within 24 hrs, today even I mat with the admin staff but it's still the same, now it seems they all are in a same boat. No one wants to take any responsibility, my suggestion is not to take admission in this hospital, rather prefer any other or else you will be wasting your time and money.

Additional blood testing charges are high comparatively. Request to keep it reasonable. However other facilities are good. Eye check up Dr. Krishna is too good. Nice advise and good in nature too. Thanks a lot TriStar group..

i had submitted 5 star reviews before the bill was generated as the reviews were asked by the management before bill was generated and before discharge.. worst experience . would not recommend to anyone. very very costly. got 4 days bill - rs. 4,60,000 around for angioplasty which is usually for by pass surgery in any good hospital. taking visiting charges of 3 different doctors on sunday around rs 10k but no one visited nor even called for any follow up. many others charges taken like for reports which were not even taken just because we had Mediclaim of 6.5 lakhs so they try to use many as possible.. we had security deposited on discharge which they said will be refunded once they get confirmation from mediclaim within 90 days.. today after continuous follow up with hospital where i was not getting any responce since 180 days, they said mediclaim deducted amount so now the security deposit cannot be returned. my recommendation. ask the same doctor to give treatment in any other hospital rather than Tri-Star. if you want any suggestions for angioplasty doctor. let us know..
