Trishakti Heritage Complex - Historical landmark in Sukna Forest - Darjeeling, India

It's a great place for the people who love museums or the history and Indian Army & the wars. It is such a good place but is known by very lesser people. In fact, we several times crossed that road but never visited this magnificent place kept maintained by Indian Army. Ghe 4 rooms consist of several war memorials, a huge variety of guns used in that era, details of each wars fought by Indian Army, etc. Huge lush green area beside this complex showcasing an original tank, a fiter jet, and several towed artillery outside. It also has an open cafeteria. It costs only Rs 10 as the entry fee and the best part is parking is free for any vehicles. A must visit place near Siliguri

Loved the place, it was best and clean. The museum were full of information of the Brave warriors, veterans, personnel, wars, achievements, raising days and lot more.

I was fortunate enough to have a chance to visit Trishakti Heritage Complex in Sukna. A must visit site in Siliguri to extract knowledge about our civilisation of the past. It is housed in four blocks equally divided to highlight beauty, tradition, history, culture, artistic and scientific interest of Sikkim.

It can be a good sight seeing option to go around with family located in the neat, disciplined and serene environment of an army cantonement. It has to offer a high class Museum giving out military history of the Army formations deployed in the area with a special focus on rich culture, heritage, flora and fauna of Sikkim.

Great museum for students and tourists. You will learn about history of India - china war and before partition of Bangladesh.

The place can be a wonderful experience for kids coz there is a lot to see and adore. The place speaks at length about the rich culture and heritage of the state of Sikkim. Also, adequate information about the military Formation deployed in this region of India has been provided which gives a great insight about the functioning and valour of our great Armed forces. A must visit.

"Trishakti Heritage Complex" consisting of Trishakti War Memorial, Trishakti Corps Museum and National flag area consisting 72 feet National flag is a beautiful must visit site to witness the rich heritage, culture, flora & fauna of Sikkim and the glorious history of Trishakti Corps. It's an amazing picturesque destination for the tourists visiting North Bengal and Sikkim. You must take your kids along as there is so much to learn and explore. Newly opened souvenir shop and refreshment corner have become an attraction for the visitors in no time.
