To enter into the place you have to go through a very narrow and crowdy lane of 2 kilometres, though the place is situated on the bank of the nature. The authority perhaps cannot maintain the area (the area is very big), amenities are there, but poor maintenance make the garden a bush. People working here are good, but the food is not satisfactory. All the rooms are air conditioned but water supply to be developed & Conference Hall to be modified. With all best wishes I expect the place to be cared in such a way that the visitors may feel the natural beauty & come again & again.

Natural beauty is remarkable but staff behaviour and food quality is not satisfied. Need to improve. But sweeming pool is too good to use and room is clean.

Nice place. We 4 persons, all are sr citizen stayed 2 nights 3rd and 4th September there. Full of oxygen. Behaviour of the staffs are very good. Sufficient food offered . In the evening enjoyed Sandhya Aratati at Tripureswari temple inside. We will visit the place again. We suggest management for cotton bed sheet instead of synthetic bedsheet. Though they provided electrical kettle on request but geyser in toilet is required, specially in winter.

The swimming pool is good. Only cons is if you looking for extra finger food or something else is very limited & subject to availability. Recommendation: 5*

No doubt it's a very good place for day outings or weekend outings. Pocket friendly budget. 1200/- for day outings including food and lodging (per head).

Rooms are very good with excellent decorations. Food is also excellent. The swimming pool is well-maintained. But the local people are not very friendly. In fact, they hate to interact with city people. The approach to the resort is very narrow. Service is not very good. When we were returning back home, a bike came from the opposite direction. And somehow, our car touched the bike and it fell down. The biker was from city and did not blame us, as the road was very narrow for two transports to go through. But, the locals shouted and blamed at us as though we intentionally knocked the bike and as if they knew everything. This proves the huge misunderstanding between the city and the local people. Along with the locals, some of the resort waiters were also not serving food sufficiently, like instead of 20 pieces, they literally provided us with only 11 - 12 pieces. But, in overall, the resort is quite charming.

Place is good. Resort staffs are very nice. Food is also good. But problem is different. Those are:- 1. Very narrow and risky approach road. 2. Local villagers are not at all good. They are furious on city people. Their jealousy on city people, specially those are going to that place for picnic, are very much evident. 3. In accessible location, you cannot reach to that place without your own vehicle. Over all not found suitable for Kolkata/Howrah city people. It may be good for Local villagers.
