I am very grateful to the Dr Manoj Tiwari, doctors , nurses and staff at this hospital. I admitted my son in serious emergency situation in June 2023 and the team admitted him without a moments hesitation. The treatment procedure was accurate and quickly effective and he was discharged within 84 hours in a much better condition for onward return by air to our native place. The doctors and nurses were always available at all times of da and night. The premises were clean and hygienic. The doctors were also extremely helpful even when helping the patient to board the aircraft at Bhopal Airport. All the staff were very helpful as if God had sent them. Their medicines were still continued by doctors in my native place for next one month and the cost of treatment by them was very reasonable. I am forever grateful to this wonderful team and pray for blessings of Almighty for them and their families!!!

If most emergency u can come..take first ad and go now..,but dnt stay more than 1hr. If dr. said patients need to admit 24hr. , do not agree for admit the patient..ICU ward is like sarkari General ward : Dirty hospital,staffs r uneducated,Security Guard is like Sarkari,open electricity wires ...also one more thing is Chappal, Shoes bht chori hotey h yaha se .

These guys are running a scam in the name of covid vaccination. Booked appointment for my parents for their second dose. On reaching hospital they are told there are no vaccines. Till yesterday there were 180 more slots available in cowin. What happened to all those slots and the existing appointments? Where did those vaccines go? And if the vaccine wasnt available why didnt they cancel or inform?

This is not a good hospital, no attention is paid to cleanliness. No cleanliness in toilet. The behavior of the cleaning staff is very bad, some doctors talk very rudely. very disappointed
