Rooms are clean and neat. Food is delicious. The staff are cooperative. Deben and Samrat both are helpful. The location is very good near the mall market approximately 600 m.

It was awesome n peaceful All stuffs are well behaved. Rooms are good. Food also delicious Allover a good experience. Only distance from mall is little painful Please come.... You will like it.

Good points- Food is wonderful. Hotel staffs were good. Room cleaning was done regularly. View was good from rooms. Bathroom was good, geyser was working. Cons- vehicle not allowed till gate as it's a private property area, if anyone is aged and having knee problems not recommended. They don't have wheel chair or any other options for such customers. Quite far from mall road and roads are too steep. View rooms are only 3, out of which one is not a super deluxe. Hotel bathroom has also a big step,again it's hard for elderly people. The hotel doesn't have any lift , all steep stairs, 3 floors. Booking is not done by hotel directly, the number on Google map is of Kolkata office & the lady who takes booking doesn't have proper idea about the hotel. Before booking only we had asked that if there is any steps or steep in entrance. They denied to refund as per their cancellation policy but being customers proper information was not provided. It's ok if all are well healthy or young people.

Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Manager Mr. Samrat is very humble and service is great. Location is near by Mall road of Darjeeling. View from room is incredible. Food is great. As there are no fans available in rooms ventilation is less.

Had a great experience in this hotel.We booked three rooms. The common space had a very amazing view of complete Darjeeling. The manager also helped a lot and guided us during our whole trip. Overall, a great experience

It was my family trip and hotel is most important thing. As safety purpose Hotel is good. Their service was very good. Room was clean and hygienic. Staff behaviour is very nice. Specialy Hotel Manager was very nice. Outside view from room is awesome.

This is one of the best hotel in Darjeeling. The hill view from the common area is amazing...the hotel staff is too good and too friendly... Mr Samrat(hotel manager) is very very good. It was my first trip to darjeeling and that also with family. I loved the hotel and i strongly recommend it to everyone...if anyone is planning to visit darjeeling then do book this hotel for your comfort stay.

I am writing this review in detail after a stay of 3 days in this hotel. First i will tell about the location. this is far away from the mall road.and its located at the hill side which is very steep one cannot walk from hotel to mall road. if you want to get taxi from hotel to mall road they will charge 600 rs and no arrangements made by these hotel staff. secondly rooms are very small congested. one queen size bed and tv is available. TV never worked if you are having more luggage either you have to keep that outside or near the bathroom. we stayed in room 204 which is even smaller and and at the corner near to electrical room . everytime you switch one the geyser it will be tripped and no power till they clear it over all worst experince if you dont like that hotel food . then its even more problamatic they dont allow ordering outside food. you have to go to mall road that is big headache. as i explained above. Lastly if you are booking this hotel from an agent then first ask who should make the payment because uf agent is not payed fully then they will not allow you to checkout they will lock you inside unless you pay,even though you havr paid fully to the agent. for me i had paid fully to the agent and that guy didnt pay here then he literally asked ne 13000 rupees for 3 days . Rooms are not as you see in the google images . the manager Samrat and agent together tried to take double payment from me. that guy is very problematic. still if you want to stay here and booking is done from travel agent then ask him before check in that who should make the payment and make clear video of it other wise they literally lock you inside this is over all very worst experince during the trip it doesnt review 1 rating also you might see some good reviews but i doubt those are genuine ones or hotel staff and friends would have made this for more reviews please check go ibibo and other sites guest reviews.
