Tripod Gym - Gym in Panaji, Taleigao - North Goa, India

Readers don't read those fake reviews I work out here for 1 and a half year. And it was a Very terrible experience in this gym, The main person John Fernandes has an attitude, acts rudely, Gives bad words and doesn't know how to handle a situation, and also a liar. many people left the gym because of him in the past years, and still must be leaving. Talking about the Gym there are 2 treadmills, 1 treadmill is broken and some machines are also broken which has to be tight with bare hands. and 1 AC is Broken. (I'm sure he and the trainers must have read my review and got the machines fixed. People in this gym are too friendly. But as the time passes by you won't like the environment of the gym, also talking about the Trainer, he need to keep a standard Because they literally insult you on your face but in a friendly way.

Brand new place with all the facilities and brand new machines ,The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe and specially when you meet the owner Mr.Tariq. No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit or to train like a hardcore athlete, Tariq is the person whom you should be looking for.This gym is must go for fitness enthusiastic

Been working out at Tripod for more then 2 years. Clean gym with well maintained equipments. Gym isn't very spacious but good enough to keep your fitness routine going.

Vey good gym clean good machines and really humble trainers always ready to help and show exactly how to do the exercise in the right way. Its been really helpful

Hi ,the Gym is well designed , equipments are good ,spacious change rooms ,etc on hygiene aspects great. There is a scope for improvement , gym is a place were there is always a time lag between benefits and cost ( gym fees) and hence either people are reluctant to join or discontinue this can be improved by trying following 1)Tripod has good instructors but they either converse ( interact) less or they over converse. Tariq shd train instructors on communication skills ,how to engage with customers. 2) Regular feedback is another powerful engagement technique, weekly or fortnightly review needs to proactively taken for each person using gym and share his/her improvement. 3) Each one has a different intent for joining ,not that everybody wants to be macho...so it's important to focus on the fitness intent ,instructors being very young ,at times connect differently with other age groups. If Tariq can improvise this aspect ,he is a winner. 4) incentives( gifts , few one on one session by Tariq, gift coupons etc) for those who come regularly,work out sincerely,improve their fitness , give feedbacks which value add the business. 5) Regular fitness tests and competition can create excitement. 6) Exercise in gym is slow and mundane so it can be blended with aerobics , yoga as part of regimen

There are very few gyms in the Goan fitness industry where technically sound knowledge and actual science Is used in training clients and tripod is definitely one of those gyms! If u stay in panjim and u don't have a membership at tripod than u should definitely get one

I have been working out in this gym for past 6 months now and previously 2 months before covid. A very good experience great team to train and equipments too.

This gym is a great place to work out! All because of its dedicated owner John Diago! He's a sweet and kind and hardcore guy!
