Excellent arrangement was provided by the Triprising. Hotels were very good. Driver was informative and on time everytime. Recommendation given by the travel agent was very good and helpful.

We booked our Sikkim trip through triprising in second week of Oct. Our agent Jubita was awesome. The trip was arranged beautifully. We enjoyed each and every day of the trip. Jubita made sure that everyday we were comfortable and had no issues regarding the hotel rooms and food. She even arranged all the permits required in Sikkim. Anyone wanting to go to Sikkim book through Jubita for a 5 star experience.

We visted Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung, Pelling ,and Darjeeling during 14th May to 24th May 2022 through Trip Rising. before finalising for 2 months thoroughly studied 5 to 6 service provider and I observed Trip Rising the best one. My coordinator Shushmita was so efficient she explained me all the details to my satisfaction. . I had many doubts all the times but she clarified all with calm and patience.Shushmita planned our tour so meticulously that there was no room for any complaint. from pin to piano I.e. from flight booking ,Hotel booking, vehicle service, guidence ,time management everything was perfect and well managed. hotels were too good. Rooms were spacious. food was delicious location was perfect staff was polite, Vehicles for transportation were in perfect working conditions. Drivers were skillful. Shushmita was taking daily updates on every morning and evening. she also visited us in Hotel and gave us a traditional gift. Because of Shushmita's expertise the trip was memorable and unforgettable. I will strongly recommend Trip Rising for all tours of North east India.

Surely one of best trips I have ever had and the credit for this also goes partly to Trip rising. All of our concerns were handled with great professionalism and were dealt immediately. We were stuck due to bad weather but they made sure that we reach our destination safely and kept taking information about our wellbeing. I have had bad experience with travel agencies before and to be honest I was skeptical going through a travel agency into this trip but Trip rising proved me wrong. I am surely coming back to sikkim again and I will be going with these guys only. Also, thank you for the muffins. They saved us.

The Trip Rising team were very professional. Despite our short notice they managed our trip efficiently. The car alloted to us was in good condition and the driver was also very friendly. He stopped in all the points we asked him to, giving us time to enjoy the scenery and take photographs. The hotel was also fairly decent for our budget. If anyone's looking for hassle-free travel, they should definitely contact Trip Rising. Their staff members are young and energetic and no time is wasted in waiting for replies. The payment methods were available in digital mode which was a plus Point for us. Thankyou Trip Rising for helping us with one of our most memorable trips.

They didn't see us like their customers, they saw us like their special guests. People are too good. Place is astonishingly beautiful and it was perfect experience.
