Unhygienic and low quality food.we order dal makhani but we catch some badly unhygienic food and insects in the food plate when we asked to watch kitchen manager strictly prohibited and behave us with unprofessionally they can not ready to accept him fault and can not refund us.and in this plaza entry charge is per person 100Rs and they will not refund if you not buy anything.

This is an amazing place to sit eat and watch a movie as it has a theatre in it. Variety of food available+ has Domino's in it. 3 screen theatre is available with all the new releases in it.

It's a decent complex with a theater, a food court, couple of restaurants. Billing is complicated though. Entry fees of 100 per head, squared off when you purchase food. We had food from Kareem's... Extremely good, reasonably quick service. Also had a pizza from Domino's. Billing was painfully slow. Plenty of parking available inside.

"Just visited Triose Plaza. The 100 Rs entry fee was a bit unexpected. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working during my visit. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. On the plus side, the washroom facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The Mall is very Normal,your Casual Mall.I am giving it 4 Star because it is the only mall available in Lonavala and has basic facilities.They have a system to collect 100 rs entry charge which you can redeem in Food or activities.The Mall has a Restaurants and Play area too.You can play and enjoy the food.Washrooms are clean.If you go in Summer, they usually don't start the AC till 2pm but if you request, they will do it.

We went on a Friday for lunch. However the security guard asked for an entry fee of 100Rs. We told them that we will see the options and then take a call to visit. It has a mini good court and a movie theater. We did not visit or have lunch. However, the ambience is looking good for a visit.

Don't waste your time and money to go inside because they are charged 100 rs per person for entry fee. For the foodies and kids this place is best for them. Their entry fee was 100 rs per person charged which deducted when you purchase food from inside the restaurant without those fees you cannot enter inside. We were surprised the first time that someone charged 100 per person for entry to sit inside and eat food. But yes they deduct on our bill we need to compulsory purchase food we like or don't if we want to go inside so I will request don't waste your time and money.

The place is lovely, pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the rooms and the atmosphere of this place really is. the rooms are beautiful, aesthetic & cozy also they are very clean and organised the staff is helpful and welcoming and the food can be better. But overall this place is a must visit. And during the monsoon it's just lovely. They also have indoor and outdoor games to pass time and complimentary evening snacks which is such a plus!!
