Not kind of place to enjoy the stay.... Just to sleep without getting bothered by any other

Low cost hotel with decent cleanliness.

I strongly recommend couples not to visit this place... The property owner dont care about the safety or convenience or customer service to be more precise. They literally denied to receive the call from oyo because they dont care about customer experience. Now oyo is a step ahead when compared to trio, first they confirmed our booking then when we visited the place we came to know that property is closed and it was around 2 o clock at night and when we asked for solution or replacement they were so weirdly lenient that they dont care if roam around in an unknown area at 2 o clock with ur frnd. They will give u the suggestion and ask you to pay whichever price is asked from the hotel if u protest they will give u a room in a 3rd class hotel which doesn't even believe in cleaning. Spoke to 6 customer executives and then i got a 80sq ft. Jail and my earlier booked room was premium. Oyo... In short... Just concerned about the money... Nothing else... Duly noted and now everyone else note the same. Will be sharing the same feedback to other platforms as well to create more awareness.

The receptionist is very rude and annoying. Behaved very badly. He was demanding money as if it were some sort of a debt that we owe him. I came at their place all tired after a long trip and this is what they had to offer. Clearly not recommended for a stay!

Dont book this hotel room from OYO Because i had book booked Room for my client came from Tirupur on urgent basis. But they refused to take the booking due to some payment issues . If you want to book room at this hotel directly contact to Hotel . The hotel is good near by Vasai Road Railway station west at walkable distance. The room and washroom are little bit smaller but fine in average price.

Extremely poor management and they literally snatch money. Had a prepaid booking where 50% i paid through app and rest was to be paid at hotel. But the owner denied check-in and said room will be available only if u book without Oyo at their price ( oyo price was 1100 and he charged 1200). For dinner ,they had one menu but then the guy started saying that he would bring the same food from another restaurant without any bill, which i denied. Thn i asked for a water bottle and the guy asked for 30 rupee instead of 20.. When i asked why, he said 10 rupee was service charge.. Pathetic... FYI ..there is no network coverage in rooms and Wi-Fi works only from 10 pm to 8 am

Worst experience. Very small bathroom. Very Noisy surroundings. Worst machine dispensed tea. Very noisy window Air conditioner. Sleep quality bad. Lobby has no sitting arrangement for guests. Narrow passageway leads to rooms. The reception asked me to handover my phone to them so they can give good rating to themselves. Can you believe it?? Stay here if there is no choice at all.... .

Stayed here once. Room are clean and compact. Couple friendly hotel. Staffs here are helpful. Manager behaviour was too good. Hotel food prices was too high but you can order food from zomato .pros: its very near to vasai station. Would recommand my friends to visit this hotel.
