Great gym with well maintained equipment. Major credit goes to the trainers who are well trained and are always ready to guide. My personal trainer, Nilesh sir, has been a constant support through this journey who always helps me with nutrition and training using science making the best of the equipments available. The staff is very friendly and often supports its clients with their issues. Great place.
I am a member of this gym since 7 yrs. The owner of Trio Fitness is a very enthusiastic guy and keeps close look on every aspect of the gym. The gym is big and spacious and has plenty of machines. My trainer from first has been Nilesh Jadhav who is the senior most trainer there. He is a very good trainer and understands pulse of his client. I have observed a gr8 deal of positive change in my body structure and my fitness levels. I will surely recommend this gym to all.!
Highly recommend this gym as the trainers are attentive and alwys helpful and also motivate you towards your exercise. They also have great offers during festivals..
