This place is amazing the the traine is amazing I have been working out here for almost 5 month this gym 2km far from my home . We have a gym In our society but working out in Trinity is another level the comfort zone the supporting people and the awesome trainer makes this gym special

Best fitness center in Lucknow ! Equipments and spaces are well maintained, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The atmosphere is very friendly, trainers and staff give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts, everyone is very encouraging. If you're looking for a quality gym that doesnt cost much this is the place for you.

Gym is okay but there is not proper ventilating system (only 3 table fan are there with 3 small -small exhaust), due to which atmosphere gets suffocated and perspires a lot. There should be proper ventilating system with 3 or 4 normal fans or AC.
