Staffs are friendly, helpful but ,keep on reminder needed to get things done I stayed near 18 to 20 days but they couldn't bring a plumber yo solve water leakage issues ..I felt disappointed in that ..but rest wise it is good and calm place to stay their managers. And team are very good..and knew the terrain properly

I had the pleasure of staying at Trinity Suites recently, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. The ambiance of the hotel is inviting and sophisticated, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers.

Location is perfect. Rooms are good and specious (atleast for single occupancy). Cleanliness is good but can be better. I experienced smoky air when entered. Bathroom should have exhaust fan for air circulation. --- The toilet and bathroom should have a separation e.g. glass partition. After bath the entire floor gets wet and there is no mopping equipments to wipe out the water. Flush could have been much better. --- Room service is good. Receptionist was very helpful and quite prompt in arranging things requested such as housekeeping, airport cab early morning, billing etc. --- But the breakfast quality was not at all good. Sambar was not at all served hot. Idlis were little tight instead of being soft and fluffy. The area where food was kept was not at all clean and tidy. Staff was not efficient. I told couple of times to clean the serving area and have more plates/bowls. Washbasin in breakfast area was not at all in good condition.

It was a blissful venture to spend some quality time at Trinity as I spent a crucial moment of my life over there. This place will stay prominent at the emotional corner of life. Rooms were really comfortable and the staff was warm and cordial. Nevertheless, the charges on food is unusually exorbitant. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Most disgusting hotel ever, spoiled my whole day. Confused us for rooms, even after calling and cross checking from management twice they still didn't provided the rooms they promised and at the time of checking in they changed our room saying the room that was booked was not available. It had breakfast complimentary and they still charged us for breakfast . Worst. Don't go there

Extremely rude behaviour from staff members. One person in particular, by the name Rahul Bhagat, does not know how to speak with people and behaved unprofessionally with us and kept making lame assumptions about guests. The booking confirmation that was sent was full with errors and after multiple iterations of corrections, when he finally got it right, kept calling me 5-10 times non-stop though I was busy. I am not sure a person with this level of unprofessionalism deserves to be employed anywhere. Maybe the hotel in itself is not that bad. But no one should risk their peace of mind by dealing with unprofessionals like him.
