Surroundings are clean and very silent.. My advice to the management is to provide hand wash and mosquito repellent to the customers. I forgot to take my hand wash which I used to carry wherever I go. There were no shops near by hence I could not get one.. unfortunately when I returned to Hyderabad after staying there for two days, got high fever when i reached my home.. Upon diagnosis, I got to know I got infected with Typhoid and Dengue I hope you will consider my advice for the sake of safety of your other customers.....
This apartment is ok for a 1 night stay. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Rooms are basic and a bit old. Checkin experience was not good as the room was not ready even at arounf 5:30 pm. Had to wait for 15-20 mins for the room to be cleaned. Parking space is outside and ok.
Best and peaceful location. Suitable for all categories of visitors and also safe for singly ladies to stay. I stayed there for three days without any disturbance. Staffs are much professional and well behavior even we wont be able to see in five star hotel.
Rooms are well maintained, service is really good and locality is very calm and good. For this locality and service the price we pay will be worth it.

Pros: Me and my wife stayed there for 2 nights first week of June. The place is located in an quiet residential area around 5 km away from the city. Ample parking available. Staff are v helpful and effective. Always ready to help. There is a tiny rectangular narrow balcony. There is a small tea snacks stall around 750m from the place which was cheap and tasty. Swiggy and Zomato deliver to the room and the staff provide cutlery. There is a general store 200 m from the place. Cons: There is a connecting door which though covered by the cupboard could hear sound and conversation from the other side and vice versa. The room was on the 2nd floor and lift was not working. ac remote and kettle has to be asked for. The staff speak English but take time to communicate. The balcony is close to the bed and difficult to access. The pillow cases are clean but stained/faded. Neutral: The basin sink was leaking and the was sorted after 2 of the staff attempted to solve it.
It is a apartment kinda rooms located in a residential area. Pricing is very much affordable. Well spaced and well equipped fully furnished space. Staffs are very supportive and help you with your needs at any time. Best recommended for family and friends.
Good place to stay in mysore. Clean and quiet locality. Excellent for people who go to mysore for one weeks or so and want a nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and polite.
