Got my grandma's knee replacement surgery done here and it was a super smooth experience. We were all pretty unsure about the surgery before but after meeting both Dr Mukul and Dr Mohinder, it all felt very easy. The experience was a mix of excellent care, empathy towards the patient and guidance throughout the journey. What helps even more is the support staff that is super friend and makes the patient feel like home. My nani ensured I am putting the review up to help other patients choose the right place to get treated.

My mother was suffering from knee osteoarthritis and knee surgery was done by Dr Mukul Kaushal at Trinity hospital. It was a great experience and now she is recovering well. Excellent expert treatment, nursing care as well as accommodation at Trinity hospital. Highly recommended for orthopedic treatment.

Very negligent behaviour by staff and doctor ...we were given appointment of 2nd October 2023 ...we called hospital and response by staff was ...we can't open hospital for one patient and doctor is not available. No responsibility of doctor or staff to inform patient Even after discussions they didn't gave us further appointment Even they didn't tell whether to continue medicine or not. Very bad coordination between doctor and staff

Dr. Kaushal is well known doctor for his expertise with spine and ortho. After good feedback from few of cosuins ans friends I visited trinity for my mothers treatment and as of now it seems to being smooth and with good results. Hoping we can end the treatment soon.

Negative experience due to poor management at this hospital. After hearing positive things about the doctor, we decided to book a consultation for my mother. We arrived on time for our 2:30pm appointment, but unfortunately, we had to wait as they took 15-20 minutes to open our file. During this time, the doctor went on rounds, and after 1 hr when we inquired, we were informed that the doctor had gone to the OT. The staff's attitude seemed irresponsible, making patients wait without proper management of appointments, especially when they were already aware of the doctor's schedule. Given the circumstances and lack of urgency, we requested a refund and left. Would not recommend to anyone.

My mother was suffering from back for more than a decade relieved just in three days with a highly specialised Endoscopy technology/ minor SURGERY.The whole team made us feel at home during this period.We are greatful to Dr Kaushal senior and junior.

All services are good staff is very good very cooperative specially on front desk. Dr mohinder kaushal treatment is very effective. I have recovered so fast.thanks to trinity
