Trinity Hospital - Hospital in Aizawl - Aizawl, India

I first got my daughter examined here and am happy for the care and treatment we got. Then I got myself checked up with the pakage they called Executive health check up, covering almost all body minor checkup excluding stomach, bones, eyes and others that need special checkup for each. I had all the due test but blood vitamin D3 checkup took one month and after I got a result, the checkup I have already had were to be repeated at an extra cost since the doctor was not satisfied with the result, which I thought would have been included in the pakage I bought. So even after one month, I am still not diagnosed and that is abit frustrating for a patient who seeks treatments from ones suffering. I really hope that things could be done quicker and faster even though the hospital already has provided a good service, it could improve. Instead of patients waiting for doctors, I really hope it's a service where doctors wait for patients so that patients are given timely treatment, instead of prolonging the pains or whatever the patients suffer. And cost of certain operations are a little higher than others of the same service. Apart from that, I do recommend this place.

The place is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and happy, the patients are treated with hospitality and care. Overall _ very good.

By far, one of the cleanest Hospital I have seen in Mizoram. The management and hospitality towards their patients is remarkable as well.

Overall experience was good. However, on our final bill, few items were billed which we did not recieve, like hand sanitizer, toilet paper roll, etc but i did not make a complaint as we were in a hurry. Most of the staffs were nice, but some of the nurses and GDA staff were quite dismissive to us during our stay (maybe because we were younger). Xray tihna a duty mipa a fel em em. MR bill office a duty pakhat a fel em em bawk.

All the workers from top to bottom are kind and friendly.. truth to be told sometimes I'm not happy with the service of other private hospital(s) here in Mizoram...but there i can't expect more..My senior dad been there whenever he is not well. We get a good treatment with love and compassion..

It is private hositat with good equiptments. It is most preferable hospital in Aizawl. It is about 7-8 km from Aizawl

This is the new hospital and it is opened during the Covid-19 pandemic and I don't know much about their services. But one thing i can notice from outside is that they needed car parking space.
