Trinetra Tours are fantastic. We have used them 3 times and friends of ours have used them 4 times: we have never had such excellent service. Our first experience of Trinetra's tour planning was excellent but, sadly, because of my ill health we had to postpone our trip: Trinetra could not have been more helpful and sorted everything out for us including full refunds. Our second experience was the most amazing trip around Rajasthan and Kerala. This was an individually designed trip which included sightseeing, birdwatching, safaris, boat trips, train journeys and relaxation. All our accommodation was tip top. Trinetra arranged every minute detail and there was not a single problem throughout the while trip. Our drivers were fantastic as were the different guides. Our third experience was for a trip to Thailand. Again this was a bespoke trip and again we received first rate service. I am currently liaising with Trinetra to arrange a trip to Sri Lanka. I am so pleased we discovered Trinetra. They ensure that all your wishes are met, provide outstanding service and are reasonably priced. Communication is top notch. If you are not from India and feel concerned about using a tour operator which is not based in your home country fear not: Trinetra is a completely trustworthy company with immense integrity and commitment to its clients. We cannot thank Trinetra enough for enabling us to experience all that India Thailand and so Sri Lanka have to offer: the way in which Trinetra provides "tourist-type" experiences together with immersive experiences is particularly valued by us. We made the best possible decision when choosing to book with Trinetra Tours for our Golden Triangle Trip! My husband and I truly cannot say enough nice things about Trinetra and everyone we met. We decided very last minute to extend a business trip to include sightseeing, and I was nervous for such a big trip being so last minute. I wasn't sure how to plan it, so I entrusted the entire thing to Tapas & his team, and wow did they do a fantastic job! The communication was immediately efficient, plentiful, and warm. I felt like I could ask any questions I wanted and would receive helpful answers, which made choosing our itinerary much less stressful. Tapas made an incredibly detailed, personalized, and within-budget itinerary extremely quickly, and it included SO many amazing things! We had a personal driver with us the entire 6 days of our trip - Rajive was an amazing driver and kept us feeling comfortable and very safe, even in the chaos that is Indian roadways! So impressive. Then we had an English-speaking guide take us around every city - one each for Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. They were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and entertaining, and we appreciated their guidance and experience. The hotels were very comfortable, too. We especially liked the last one - Shapura House in Jaipur - as the building is an old palace and is absolutely gorgeous, plus the rooftop restaurant was really great! Tapas made sure that our itinerary was packed with a million amazing experiences and sights to see, but we liked that every day was only reasonably busy and still easily included breakfast and rest time. We each requested our own additions to the itinerary - an elephant conservation center for me and a food tour + cooking class for my husband - and Tapas easily made it happen! (The food tours and cooking classes were particularly fun - soooo much good food in India!) To top it all off, we had a 4am flight and rather than need to pay for a hotel for that night, Tapas personally invited us to have dinner at his family's house - we had the most fantastic night spending time getting to know him and his wife and son! Such lovely people! We truly felt so well cared for, safe, and completely entertained on this trip of a lifetime! We've already been telling all of our friends that they need to holiday in India and to book with Trinetra :) Thank you so much, Tapas + team!!!

It has been months since my tour with Trinetra; however, I am still in awe with the customer service, attention to detail, and well-planned country-wide tour of India they provided for me. As a young, single female from the United States, I wanted to make sure I found a tour company that would ensure my safety and comfort while traveling in a foreign country. I reached out to Trinetra and within hours, Tapas responded to my inquiries completely blowing me away with his response. The email was so genuine and personable, I felt like I was speaking to a long-time friend. I noted any questions, concerns, or requests within my inquiry email and Tapas created the most wonderful itinerary. We went back and forth to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the itinerary he created. I couldn't be more pleased. I did some research on my own, but speaking with Tapas, I was able to get a better understanding of the distance, timing, and "must sees" throughout India. Putting all my worries to ease, I decided to book my very first private solo trip through Trinetra. Upon booking my trip through Trinetra, they regularly checked in with me to make sure all my flights, passport information, etc. were in order prior to arriving in India. Any questions or requests I had, they always had a solution! International phone? Cough drops? COVID test? Add another tour? Not a problem! I was assigned my own point of contact, Mahendra, who was available to me 24/7 for any questions or needs. Mahendra was fantastic, and again I felt like Mahendra was a long-lost Uncle who took me right under his wing. Mahendra picked me up from the airport in a very clean and air-conditioned private vehicle. I had asked for some cough drops which he had waiting for me in the car. It was truly such a warm and memorable welcome to India. I visited five different cities throughout India and Trinetra was always in touch. I had a private driver assigned, along with an English-speaking tour guide for each city I visited. Each guide would meet me upon my arrival in each city, get me checked into my hotel, and provide me with a summary itinerary for the planned activities. There was just enough downtime for me to relax or explore on my own, while I also had the perfect length tours to see everything I wanted to see. The itineraries were very flexible as I could add on, shorten, or lengthen my itinerary for any reason. The hotels were fantastic. I was given the option to choose the level of accommodations from the start of the planning process and was not disappointed. Each of the hotels or bed & breakfasts had their own charm, were very clean, and had air conditioning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am so pleased with Trinetra and hope to tour with them again. Whether I return to India, or choose to visit another country, I know I am in good hands with Trinetra. My sister and I visited India for the first time and decided to work with Trinetra Tours for our trip. Due to my limited time (8 days), I was only able to do a tour of the northern India portion, but my sister was also able to see the south. We had such an amazing experience and I think that was all due to this fabulous company, who planned every last detail of our trip. We saw all the amazing places India has to offer and really felt immersed in the country's rich culture. All the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and fun to spend time with and Tapas was always accessible to answer any questions and make our vacation a truly memorable one! Tapas also graciously invited us to his home where we met his lovely wife and son, and we enjoyed the evening eating at delicious meal and enjoying some fabulous conversation. First class, India based Tour Company. We have been with Trinetra three times and each experience has been both memorable and very well organised. Great company to deal with.

We are from Florida. My family and I always wanted to visit India. We decided that a Golden Triangle Tour would be a great starting point. We had a group of five, including 3 seniors. After much online research, we contacted no less than five Tour Operators in India. Trinetra Tours responded immediately with a very professional, detailed explanation of how everything works as well as a great itinerary at a very competitive price point. Right away, we knew we were dealing with a professionally, well run, no nonsense business. They even modified the tour to include two additional stops outside the typical Golden Triangle route that we requested. Needless to say, we were very nervous about going to a very different country, half way across the world. Our fears turned out to be unfounded. From the moment we arrived in Delhi, we were promptly greeted at the airport by the rep and driver, ferried to our hotel and checked in. From there onwards, it was pure bliss. Everything went like clockwork. They were so accommodating, courteous and flexible. Our driver Jyoshi was wonderful and stayed with us the entire trip travelling from Delhi to Mathura, Agra and Jaipur. At each stop, reps met us, checked us in at the pre booked hotels and ensured everything was perfect. The tour guides at all the cities were excellent - very knowledgeable and English speaking. At every point, they made sure this was OUR vacation. We stopped when we wanted, rested when we were tired, ate when we were hungry. There was never any rush and we could stay longer at some places and skip others as we felt necessary. There were no sad stories from anyone and no pressure for tipping etc. We simply cannot say enough positive things. After eight wonderful, unbelievably awesome days, our trip was over. The owner of the company, Mr. Tapas Banerjee, made sure he put the final icing on the cake by inviting our party over to his private residence for dinner before our flight out. After dinner and relaxation, we were taken to the airport. We had such a great time with this operator that we are already planning our next trip to India! We simply cannot say enough good things. We recommend, without any reservation, that you give these guys a try. We promise, you will not be disappointed!

The Taj Mahal of Tour Companies! I have had the pleasure of working with Trinetra since 2017 to facilitate my travel planning. Initially I used them for a trip to India but quickly discovered their reach is global. I recently returned from Egypt on a privately guided tour set up by Mehendra, my contact at Trinetra. The tour was fabulous and just as I experienced with my trip to India, the trip came off without a hiccup. I prefer to travel with just one other person, having a private car & personal guides to accompany us during the tour. Trinetra can set this up pretty much anywhere you want to go!
