We had called and booked an appointment. We were given an appointment at 3 o'clock, we reached there at 2:30, but the staff made us wait for two hours. Before us, many patients were left in Dr.'s room. The hospital staff was very rude. This is the second time this has happened.
The doctor's treatment is good so we keep coming back here.
