Hi All, I decided to lose my weight and searched for ladies gym. After knowing Trim tone Ladies Gym, started to go from Sep 1st, 2021. It's been 3 months completed and could see super result based on the training. Now, I have reduced 10 kg on the whole. These changes are only possible because of Gym trainer's motivation and support. She provide every suggestion and guide us for the physical activities. It's full and full natural way. There is no chance for any fat burner or protein shakes to lose weight in a instant way. Worst gym and worst trainer .. Read her reply under my review and don't believe in scripted reviews. .. I was polite and super excited when I first started It is so close to my street that's y I wanted to join this gym with my friend but after two days Here I'm sitting in my room after I lost my money entirely within two days after joining this course. .. 15 mins of machine workout is allowed in this gym..they are just going to take your money and you are just going to lay on the floor with a floor mat. In this gym ,You have to do floor workouts for 30 mins and few mins for warm up. Very little time for machine workouts . she is just saving the electricity bill man...A lady told me to move my mat which was under the fan y engalukulam sweat agatha? the trainer will not ask her any questions just bcoz that lady is from a well known royal restaurant family.No they are running this gym and the trainer is just a puppet. .. she made me to call her as "mam" while she criticized me as far as she can..pity women. Grow up a little. And other reviews are just a big lie . if you are a free spirited and fun loving person.just Don't go there .. Stop judging and try to treat everyone equally
