Trilok Residency - Hotel in Tirupati - Y.s.r., India

I have checked in on may 31st at 11:45 and I have opted for Non AC room which is 800 per day, I paid 1000 on the first day as they asked to give 200 as deposit. They mentioned they will refund 200 while checking out. As I have extended my room for other day due to early morning train, In hurry to catch my train, I have paid 800 for second day instead of 600. When I asked for my 200 refund, they are blaming me they have paid my 200. I asked them to provide me video clips of CC footage paying my refund. Please don't waste your money by opting this hotel. They are completely looters. I would rather pay extra money for a good genuine hotel. As I don't remember my 200 deposit.

It was ok ok experience. Pros: They allowed early check-in without any charges. Near to railway station. Cons: Room was very small, u can not walk/move freely in the room. Hot water will be available only early in the morning, 8-9am, it is difficult to get. But I requested and they arranged 1 bucket somehow. So 3 stars and one star extra for early check-in.

it's good hotel for low budget but hot water for bath not available very small room no ventilation. helper staff ask money anytime for tea breakfast. located near railway station just beside govindraj swami temple

This place was a lifesaver for me when online booking didnt work, rooms are cheap, relatively clean, good for jst an overnight stay. Wifi is only till the first floor, dont expect an luxury here... the bed is firm. Hot water is reliable on the Sun. Best restaurant is Woodside.. super close too. Super close to Govindraja Swami temple and the Railway Station.

Not worth for you money, completely waste. The rooms are very small and do not have any ventilations for air to come in, the room service is pathetic but they'll ask for extra money by not doing anything. The blankets were not washed and bedsheets were torn. Be careful you'll be charged for a complete day if your even one hour late from the checkout time. The above review is based on my personal experience.

i will rate 5.. good location. walking distance of two minutes from railway station. room are little small but manageable. Hotel staff if very good specially the person who receives the call for hotel's number. he helped me to get special darshan ticket when i was not able to get it. in short worth of money.

I stayed for 2 days at this hotel. Hotel is below average. Rooms have no ventilation. Bathrooms need refurbished. Staff is very rude. No manners. Location is ok. But can get better men in another hotels nearby.they even switch off lift and lie that there is no electricity.

Engaged two rooms. Very very bad rooms. Beds all noisy with cracking sounds all thru. Toilet-bathroom too small & congested. TV too high - almost touching ceiling. Not good at all for family. Never recommended from a Delhite's point of view. No room service. Only two bath towels provided for 5 persons in two rooms (3+2). No water glasses. No toilet soaps. No mosquito killers. No tea - bed tea.
