Dr Prashant is the best orthopaedician in North Bangalore. He answers all the quslestions very patiently and gives ample time. He doesn't recommend unnecessary tests and prescribes minimal medicines. There can be long waiting for walk-in, the system of queue is not very clear otherwise there is not much waiting. There is valet parking service available in the hospital. Free street parking is also available in the nearby streets. There is pharmacy available in the hospital and they give 10% discount for all the medicine.
Doctors are ok.. the worst thing is their inhouse pharmacy shop is full of junk food.. chocolates, candies, packed juices and what not.. it shows how much money minded is this hospital. Kids obviously won't listen when they see colourful candies and chocolates. Hospitals have to teach kids to stay away from these. Instead they are promoting by keeping them in the counter. All they care about is money. Pathetic.
Very good hospital and great support and feedback from Dr. Kanchan. Very helpful and guides on how to go about on health issues.
Overall a good experience. Nice consultancy. Prices are quite high. Rest is fine.

A very good hospital with Great doctors and nursing staff. I was treated by Dr Kanchan NG for Dengue. She is one of the best doctors I have come across who builds a lot of trust due to her calm and friendly nature. Also medication prescribed by her is good and doesn't prescribe unwanted medicines. The nursing staff supporting her were also very supportive and show lot of compassion while attending patients. Kudos to the team.
I couldn't have asked for a better hospital team for my daughter's surgery! We travelled all the way from Maldives and she was hospitalized for 3 days after her tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy surgery with Dr.Sharath, E.N.T specialist. The staff are exceptionally professional and attentive to the patients from admission till discharge. My only wish is for the facility to improved with new furnishings and equipments. Despite the building being a little old, I was delighted by the cleanliness and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Shout out to the awsome care team Sister, Diya, Pushpa and Dr.Sharath. THANK YOU !
