It's one of the old gardens in town As it's triangular in shape its well known as Trikoni Bagicha. It is under local municipal Corporation but not maintained properly.
This garden is near to my school where i completed my primary education (1st to 4th std). So my several childhood memories are associated with this garden. In school lunch break, we used to go to the garden to play. This was the time of 2001-02. Now whenever i go to my hometown, & see this garden it triggers all those memories and makes me nostalgic. :-)
