Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly trainer specially ( shuvam) his knowledge about fitness is apprciable and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.
Best gym in Newtown with best equipments. Morning shift trainer (Shuvam)is highly educated and knowledgeable about fitness . I suggest everyone to take one to one pt session from him..
To be honest this is the best gym ever, the equipments are very much suitable also the behaviour of the training specially (shuvam) is highly appreciable, and his knowledge about fitness is really good.
I recently had the opportunity to try out this gym, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and overall experience. The gym itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern equipment and a wide variety of machines to choose from. Whether I was looking to do some cardio, weight training, or stretching, there was always something available that met my needs.
Yoga classes are great here. The yoga instructor gives attention to every individual. Overall, excellent and very satisfied with him as the instructor.
Shubham is my gym trainer for morning sessions. He is excellent! He took good care of everyone's need.
The gym is okayish type. Have infrastructure but is a bit old and not so in good condition. One star less because of this reason.

The gym is slowly becoming shabbier day by day.
Equipment is often broken or do not work properly. Trainers are more concerned about those who take PT sessions. Seems stuffy and congested.
It is good if you are healthy and want to maintain your shape. Not ideal for me who is new to the gym
Only saving grace is the yoga classes. Tapas Sir is great with his knowledge on yoga
Loved the ambience and vibe of this gym..amazing trainers and staff is very humble . It is pocket friendly.. zumba and yoga are also very good. Kudos Trifit..
I have been working out for last 4 months now and I can see the results. The trainer(Shuvam) ,Tapas sir for yoga and Mak sir for zumba are well trained and knowledgeable. They have all the equipments. I personally like this gym and all are friendly and gives you diet chart according to your lifestyle. I highly recommend . Special thanks to Suvendu da who welcomes you every day with a big and genuine smile.
