I stayed here in a suite for a short vacation... The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was situated in a good location but far away from the city. They have a good buffet in the main restaurant although the service level drops when the restaurant is full. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff hospitality is the best aspect of the hotel.

I have been visiting frequently here for business trips. You will fall in love after visiting this hotel. Now this 5-star hotel is giving 15 c/o discount on festive seasons with world class facilities. Its location is easy-reaching and near to every attraction of the town. Having facilities like suites, dining, kids club, meeting and conference spaces, fort-like front lawn, spa and wellness, gallery showing history of the place are widely attractive.

Nice to stay. Good response from the staff, good food. Cleanliness is really maintained with high standards. Room service is very nice. Good productive tips from hotel faculty about sight seeing places information. It was a very enjoyable trip from the support of hotel team.

We had an incredible time at Trident (Jaipur). The hotel is very charming, the room was comfortable and clean, it also has good amenities (gym, pool, restaurant). The food was incredible, however what I enjoyed the most was the service. Their staff are super attentive and friendly. Big shout out to Sylvester and Rohit from the restaurant stuff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, always with a big smile on their faces and willing to share recommendations on food, shopping, and places to visit while there. They really made our stay very pleasant. Fantastic experience overall!

have to say was really happy with the service and staff of the hotel. They were extremely accommodating, helpful and made our stay so easy. They were friendly with the kids! The entertainment program with the puppet show, the bangle making, the traditional dance with happy hours ensured we never left the hotel! So extremely happy. The rooms are slightly small and bed comfort vary from room to room but overall really happy with the service. Will surely go back!

Located opposite *** Sagar Lake with ***y species of birds. We saw kingfisher, swam and etc. It is just 45 minutes ride from airport. Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest. A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l. Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities.The only restaurant "Jal Mahal", serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. ***y selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert. Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable.Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty. Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.
