This was unequivocally the best stay of my life. While I frequently use terms like 'perfect', 'amazing', and 'great', I've seldom described anything as 'magnificent'. However, our experience at this exquisite hotel deserves that accolade. The staff showcases impeccable training-- they're courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, whether it's with a kind gesture like holding the door or providing top-notch service during meals. Having stayed at numerous 5-star establishments, this is the only one that truly stands a cut above the rest. An amazing structure! It contains plenty of open space with greenery in abundance. The atmosphere here makes one feel connected closely to the nature. Open green grounds are available for the kids to play and enjoy. The staff deployed is extremely good, young smiling faces, always ready to help. It is located in the close vicinity of Taj Mahal. The food is also great. Overall, the infrastructure is splendid and the services are above expectations. It was an ecstatic experience here.
The hotel room was very good and clean .It was a great stay here. Service is good and food is great. Property is beautiful with great photography options. Rooms are spacious and with all amenities. Breakfast was amazing with so many options.
Have visited and stayed in Trident Agra couple of years back on an official trip & second time was s personal visit. Did two nights in the hotel and it's a beautiful nice quiet property at a nice location. We got s warm welcome at the reception with Tilak and a stole. A welcome drink too. Check in was smooth. We also got good corporate rates that time quite reasonably priced. Rooms were nice but small. There is a pool in the center. We sang songs by the pool side. Had coffee too. Buffet breakfast was good. Serene atmosphere and calm, green, lush surroundings. Courteous smiling staff. There is a kids club and area too. Indoor kids area is average. Hotel is good and at comfortable location about 10-25 minutes walking from Taj. Ambience, outdoors are excellent and staff is friendly.
One of the best decision to spend our holidays there.... every thing was perfect from breakfast to dinner... smiling and courteous staff always are ready to help.specially kids enjoyed their time at kids club... would definitely go there again
Hotel is good and at comfortable location about 10mins from Taj. Ambience, outdoors are excellent and staff is really friendly. However disappointed by room and bed sizes. Room can only accommodate one person in business travel. But if you are traveling with family of even 3 with one below 6years old kid, it's hard to sustain. Swimming pool and aminities are also good, they provide lots of stuff like tubes, floaters for kids which I haven't seen in many good hotels. Also disappointed with kids play area as i had heard that they have excellent kids play area. Outdoor kids area was closed and indoor was in a tent with hardly anything to keep kids engaged.
It's a nice experience ..Always a pleasure to spend some time at the property. Serene atmosphere and calm, green, lush surroundings. Can't get better than this not just in Udaipur but across India. In addition, the staff and courtesy extended towards guests is unmatchable. People are genuinely nice and interested in your comfort. I have never come across a more hospitable set of people . They took care of us and were professional yet warm about the way they went about their business.
Very good hotel with a particularly great pool area. The meals too were pretty enjoyable and the staff was fantastic , everyone's concerned for u to have the best experience...not something I experience at Taj or Marriot hotels. The only problem is that to get from one place to another it's an outdoor walk which is harsh in Indian heat
