Trident fitness gym is very well maintained and the trainer Mr. Ashish sir have very polite behaviour and he is having a good knowledge about work-out and the atmosphere of the gym is very good

The gym is very well maintained and and the trainers(Ashish) have polite very behaviour and well experienced , the atmosphere of the gym is very good .

Good gym, normal facilities. Trainer ashish is good, very attentive, gives the right info and prevented me from injury.

i worked out there for 2 months , only one treadmill is available, dumbbells condition was not good , only one trainer was available and he was not knowledgeable and he was not fit (obese), gym fees is about 1500/- that's not worth it bcz gym service are worst specially the trainer( asis) they should improve their services specially in trainer,the gym atmosphere is not female friendly
