We booked an official trip first time from winmaxi (Innova Crysta - 03 Cars) We had a good experience with Winmaxi Holidays and Travels.Its a good option with decent rates compared to other vendors.The cab was well maintained, neat and clean. Excellent Cab Service. My trip with them was a breeze. Right from the reservation , payment and the journey every aspect of this they were rockingly good. The support staff were very courteous and prompt with the responses. The car provided was pretty good and price seemed reasonable. The car arrived promptly on time as promised at our pickup point and after the journey that lasted for almost a day we were dropped at our destination promptly. Special kudos to the chauffeur "Suresh" who was exceptional with our journey to Alangudi, Karaikkudi and Pillayarpatti. He is very courteous , professional and very experienced. I would strongly recommend to see if he is available for all my future trips and would highly recommend Suresh and Trichy Tours and Travels for your trips from Trichy!
I had a wonderful experience travelling with Guru and his team. Being a solo traveller, i had my inhibition when i planned my trip for trichy, tanjore and Chidambaram , but the team ensured that I had a safe trip. Mr. Kathiravan, the driver assigned to me, was wonderful and ensured i was safe at every place. Special mention to Suganya from Guru's team who was my virtual co traveller and ensured that i was taken care of. Thank you for the experience.
