Trichy Skin And Laser Clinic - since 2005 Dr.SUDHAKARAN - Skin care clinic in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

After seeing some reviews on 'difficult' appointments, I called the clinic number for getting an appointment for my mother. They said appointment is available on next day and I asked for 6.15 pm. Next day I went there by 6 pm with my mom, clinic was busy. Once I informed about my appointment at reception, they asked us to wait in the first floor. But I said my mom can't climb up as the lift was not there. They gave us a place near reception. Exactly by 6.15, we were called inside to meet the doctor. Dr was very interective. Over all good experience if we get an appointment a day in advance and be on time at clinic.

Today 18.11.2023..made a call and asked for appointment.however it was said that u can come but appointment shud be done a day before...I came and I asked how long I have to wait..they said there were only 7 more people left u can see after them..i was waiting more than na hour and I went to reception and asked...she said that we will call only when all the people were done..if it was told earlier and said that we dnt take any OP I would have left that time...and the WAY of receptionist reply is highly arrogant and treating the way that people who are comming to the hospital should be at their mercy before seeing the doctor....if the doctor might look the behaviour of receptionist it would be better ....it may be good for sometime but not on a long run....

I visited the Skin Laser Clinic in Trichy recently, and I'd like to share my experience. I've been a busy individual with a lot of work commitments, and I've always preferred clinics that respect their patients' time. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic has been less than ideal. I had been attempting to secure an appointment with Dr. Sudhakaran since February 2022, but the clinic always seemed to be very busy. Despite my best efforts to schedule a visit, I was unable to see the doctor. While I understand that busy clinics often indicate the popularity and trustworthiness of a healthcare provider, it can be frustrating for patients who have tight schedules. I hope that the clinic can address these appointment scheduling challenges in the future, as it would make the patient experience more convenient and efficient. Ultimately, I believe in the quality of care provided by Dr. Sudhakaran and the clinic, but the scheduling issues have been a significant inconvenience for me. Went to dr. sudhakaran for face dark pigmentation. Dr advised ferrulac peels and so far done 3 sittings, excellent improvement in these 3 months. Thanx doc

Taking GFC treatment sessions here. So far completed 3 sittings. Hairs are getting thickened over the front scalp. Doctor already counselled that gfc or prp treatment will only increase the thickness but not the numbers.

Dr Sudhakar nice personality to interact. Had lichen planus on my mouth was scared assumed different infections n so on, Dr explained it clearly and provided medicines and routine to follow it reduced within a week. Thx Dr. wishes!

Had warts in my fingers for more than a year, did cryo liquid nitrogen spray once weekly here, noticed changes after 3 Rd week. Now after 8 sittings all warts are gone completely!
