Worst ever experience No silver Quality No gold quality No resale value for both. Kindly Please don't prefer the jewellery

Worst experience ever If you are going to buy silver and needs a bill be ready to face their abhorrence. Because you are buying silver from a gold shop. I came to this particular shop only because my parents are a frequent buyer of their gold. Not anymore. I was forced to face their abhorrence towards me as I asked for a bill for my silver purchase. After a waiting of few minutes the person in the cash handed over me a piece of paper in which the rate of my purchase was simply written.The paper was just a piece of paper torn from a notebook which was not even having their jwellery date name or whatever is mandatory on a bill.. When I questioned this, a person in the counter talked to me very disrespectfully and arrogantly saying that this is how they give bills while buying silver as silver is cheap and it is a gold shop. So my question is why are they selling silver in their shop if they are not ready to give bills for this so called cheaper items as described by him. Anyway this is my first experience from a shop like this. That particular executive talked to me in a way like he is a goon. This will be mine as well as my families last purchase with you guys.
