Staff behaviour is very bad. They will enter the room without taking permission. They are providing Geyser but in non-working condition. It's mentioned as a 3 star hotel but it's actually 1 .
Good if you want to stay in Ranikhet Market. The valley view and sunrise view from the hotel are perfect. The caretaker is cooperative. They don't have a kitchen but you can order food from outside. Cleaning is not up to the mark.
Experience is just ordinary. Rooms are decent in size but very average in finish. Good factors are big parking space at the back side of building and nice view of valley from the balcony of rooms. Also situated very close to the main market. If u stay here, keep in mind that monkeys visit your balcony sometimes therefore take care of your belongings and close the door to balcony.

Excellent cozy rooms with the best view of himalayas from balcony. I didnt got food because i was the sole guest. But it was not a problem because the location is within city centre or market i should say. You can find dozens of food points within 500ms.
Rooms are good and spacious but .... Rest of all is horable, staff behaviour is very poor. Front office guy was very rude. Staff was forcefully asking for graduate. Not recommend
Room was very big and spacious, food was very flavourful. The location was serene and peaceful. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing and overall experience was very nice. We look forward to visiting here again soon.
