Had very satisfactory and good experience of shopping from TBZ Loved the wide range of designs and choices of jewellery. Staff was very polite and courteous. Special thanks to Nisha who really understood my choice and helped me in my purchasing.
Wanted to get a customized pendant done from TBZ, Nr Mumbadevi Mumbai being so called renowned jewellers. I had travelled all the way from Bangalore only for this.... But was really disappointed with the service by their 3 female staff.... They straight away denied to take the order and were gossiping among themselves in gujrati language.... That incident clearly stated that they entertain only gujrati customers.. Hence non gujrati's wont be entertained as per my experience.
This thane store is really great. Have got many things from here over the years and services are really great. One of the premium store which you can always trust when it comes to gold or diamond. Special mention to Vijay sir who presented us some beautiful options and made our function even more eventful.
I had a disappointing experience at this jewellery shop that charges exorbitant making charges. Despite the high prices, they didn't ensure the necklace's fitting was proper after purchase. To make matters worse, they demanded extra charges for making the necessary alterations, while other jewellery shops offer such services for free. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for fair prices and good customer service.
We visited the store on 12th August for getting a gift for my sister on Raksha Bandhan. But end up getting 8 items :). The staff was very courteous. They kept showing us all the different types of jewelries. Special mention to Ms. Jayashree who was very polite and patient. Prize for 22k was as per market rate but i felt the rates for 18K was high. Overall, we had a very good experience. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends as well.
