Was great experience. Went with my mother and sister and the way we were greeted and treated by Mr Jignesh and his team members was excellent. Will do visit the rajkot store again and highly recommend if you want to buy real diamonds ornaments. They have got very good range in diamonds.

I'm an very old customer of TBZ and this time I'm highly disappointed about the service and your policies. The staff is also uncleared and doesn't explain us anything properly and in the end hidden cost comes out on us. I recently gave my mangalsutra for repairing which I bought it from TBZ itself. I wanted to fix my lock and you guys charged me 1000/- RS only for making gold charges taken differently. This is completely unfair and the senior management has to take some action. I'm an instagram influencer and if there is no action taken against my complaint then I am definitely going to put everything on social media and going to recommend all my family & friends not to visit you guys anytime.
