Very snooty and pretentious staff. Bordering on rude. Hardly a smile to be found in the place and zero interest in customer service except to rush people through questions and a few products. First place I've been to in a while where even after spending a while, drinking water was not offered. This is across several visits where purchases were made. On one extraordinary occasion, we even saw hawkers/street beggars crowd the entrance (inside!) and refuse to leave for at least 30min till they were paid. What's positive: a very useful valet service with generally polite people, and the occasional store sale.

This shop applies Mumbai gold rates. Designs are a matter taste but we found designs her contemporary and craftsmanship is above average. Making charges are on lower side compared to likes of Tanishq.
Limited range of jewellery items. The staff was not professional. Need to improve their customer service. Their rates are high compared to other jewellery stores. Poor management. No extra offers on any jewellery. Selling rejected jewellery,be careful before buying.
Do not get into the trap of their Kalpvriksh plan, they will tell you that 9 installments you pay and 1 they will pay. But fact is at the end of the plan, when you go to buy jewellery from accumulated amount they will charge you so high making charges that you will end up regretting why did you opt for going for the plan at all. And if you opt to take gold coins, then making charges separately and forego what last installment 75% they had promised. Pathetic.
Worst experience I faced in this jewelry shop...I purchased 42grams gold chain..within one year chain got break...when I went for an exchange they asked me to pay 1lakh 20thousand extra ...very ridiculous and gold is also not pure..I suggest not to purchase any gold item here...very worst shop in India...
Sales staff are good and exhibit pleasing manners. Security are very polite and give indication of steps to the entering customer to be careful other wise they may slip while entering itself
Been coming here since more than 15yrs or so. Authenticity and shine on gold is unmatched. Side note: Billing counter ka sofa set kharab ho gaya hai. Don't sit on it. Ask for a stool or chair.
