TBZ a renowned diamond jeweller in India. Famous for its diamond and gold. Great service plus one can order custom made diamond jewellery.
I bought a diamond ring and my diamond fell without disturbing the gold fixed to the diamond. Quality of work is very bad. This is very unhappy. I contacted you on the phone but they didn't help me. So I went to kalyan branch where I reside. Very very bad experience with TBZ. Mine is hard earned money. Very very very bad qualit diamond work. I will not enter your shop.
Have been purchasing from TBZ for almost 5 years now. Their customer service is amazing. They have amazing designs, very different from what we get in local jewellery shops. They don't sell gold jewellery anymore. They have only diamond collection.
We needed to purchase some jewellery for a special occasion.After checking out a few places we visited TBZ Jewellers. We got exactly what we wanted . They have nice designs and able to match as per one's budget. The customer service was very good and overall it was a nice experience.
We visited the store on 29.03.2019. Courteous sales staff, but needs better training on sophisticated handling. Range of jewellery appeared to be far less, compared to other respected brands. The billing counter experience was poor and unfriendly. They pressed for identity document for a piece which cost less than 50K. When they were asked the rationale for such a demand, the response was "audit needs it". Hardly convincing. They couldn't issue a bill, and promised to courier it the next day.
