Beware guys! This is a fraud jewellery store. It plays with customers smartly. They will keep giving you products with such a minute defect that you can't make out at the time of purchase. After wearing it for a few days, you would be able to make out those defects. Obviously, anyone will return or replace the product then. Then here is the stage where these fraudsters cheat people by deducting the "making charges". The "Making charges" in such a fraud way is making them rich day by day. Please avoid buying from the store if you respect your hard earned money

Our visit to TBZ was an absolute delight. We were graciously attended to by Mrs. Nisha, who showcased an exquisite collection of designs from TBZ. Her expertise and guidance made the selection process a breeze. The intricate craftsmanship and stunning artistry of the jewellery left us in awe. The attention to detail and the quality of the pieces were truly impressive. We left the store feeling thrilled and confident with our choices.

The collection at TBZ Indore is new and updated according to the latest jewellery fashion trends. Also, the staff is very active and cooperative. I would like to thank Ipshita especially for helping out wonderfully.

This Shop has a severe quality issues. Most of their product seems to be FAKE as they won't last longer & gets damaged in short-span. Always visit Anand Jewels,Tanishq, Ratlam etc. since they are at short distance from this disgusting shop. At least one can rely on Anand Jewels, Tanishq as they are trustworthy.

Nisha jain mam have friendly nature. She knows very well how to coordinate with customer. I am happy to buy from tbz Indore.

Ipshita from the staff was very helpful and the staff that helped to melt my old gold. The process of melting my old gold and buying new was very smooth and transparent Would love to visit again

Totally unsatisfied .I am customer of your TBZ indore. we had purchased bangles from tbz. but the quality of your bangles was not good. i have attached the images of the bangles. my wife used the bangles only once. and it got bend. from 11 months these bangles are at your store only . i can't understand what they guys are doing from it. i tried to resolve this problem in clam way. but it seems like they didn't took our problem seriously. i went to your store 4-5times. but all goes in vain. still i did't get any solution... and now its high time. now i want my money back.

My experience at TBZ was very good. Mrs. Nisha Jain has attended us. She was polite and friendly. we are fully satisfied with her behaviour & marketing style.
