The one thing I felt wrong is the billing staff which was not genuine wrt behaviour. Even they are not managing the customer properly while billing. They took so much time for every customer and on top of that they are not following the queue. When I got my number after waiting half hour he took other instead of me and when I asked him to take mine number then he argued with me and muttered something which was in wrong words.
This store has an excellent variety of jewellery from lower range to higher ones with a few offers to add up the excitement. We had a very good experience with the TBZ team and would like to mention a few magical persons whom we came across - Sejal, Aashish and Atul. These amazing folks were kind and enthusiastic while explaining the intricate details. We need such polite and hardworking people everywhere, hats off!!!
Worst service I have ever had any TBZ store, they want to sale their policies once u purchased they don't even bother to pick your calls, really bad experience this is for TBZ ghatkopar Mumbai
