Please improve the quality of your staff at your kolkata Camac street location. They have no idea about how to behave with the customer. A small transaction of purchase after finalisation of product takes at least 3 - 4 hours for billing. The manager and the accounts team is worthless. They have no training about customer dealing and customer satisfaction. The accounts team have no sense of manner and behaviour guidance. They don't know how to deal with and talk to a senior citizen. They don't know why an OTP is needed to process the bill, and if a senior citizen customer raises an alarm or concern about sharing the OTP, he is mistreated and mocked instead of being explained the reason behind the process. Pathetic customer service and experience at TBZ - Camac street. The management should take a survey to know the real status of the customer issues being faced at the outlet. We as a family are never going back to TBZ ever again.

Really unhappy. My plan matured and i was there for the purchase at 3:25pm after confirmation with the staff. There was some old gold to be melted for which they had said the total time would be 20 mins max. My jewellery was already finalised the previous evening so no time on selection. Despite that and clarifying that i am in a hurry our purchase was completed at 6:30. An immense lack of professionalism. The only target is to get customers to get into plans. Ones your money is stuck you get absolutely zero service.
