I have been customer with them more than decade and when ever I visited the Borivali branch I have always found beautiful and latest designs of Diamonds and Gold Jewellery. Humble and polite staff. Thanks to Mittal who provided excellent customer service. Mittal is very polite, helpful and efficient. She helped us in selection and gave us good deal.I appreciate her efforts and time.

I went to shop there yesterday and I am so happy with my purchase. Mr. Rajkamal the TL of that branch took care of us personally and we felt at home. Mrs Vidya who was assisted by Aakash showed us some stunning pieces it was difficult to pick one from them. Overall I am very happy and had a pleasant experience. Their USP is the product designs, the jewellery piece looks so big, one would think lot of gold was used to make, but it is not. In less price you will get variety pieces. A must visit place to buy jewellery for all occasions.

As a Canadian visitor to Mumbai, as well as a faithful client since 1993, I was at the TBZ, Borivali store this morning to buy a few pieces of jewelry. To my delight I was helped by a very knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and soft spoken young lady - Payal. She was patient and respectful while we checked a few options and narrowed down our choice to a few pieces. She stayed with us till the forms were completed, bills prepared and handed us our boxes. I had an awesome experience at this store solely due to Payal. Thanks.

Excellent place. They have a wide range and good collection. Although charges are a bit above average but quality and service is top notch. Staff is well mannered and professional. Overall Good.

Empty trays, lift can't hold more than two people which is ridiculous, they don't have any customers at all and we went during the wedding season, staff were gossiping in groups not at all attentive to the one customer that's visiting their store, they literally don't have any collection to show. Their store is empty. Wall has cracks and paints have chipped off the wall. The shop is literally on the verge of closure.

Earlier there was a good and variety of collection from TBZ but I visited the store thrice this year the design collection was very old and very limited, the service provided by TBZ is now very poor , I was a regular customer of TBZ but won't recommend especially TBZ Borivali , very disappointed
