As a Beginner I think this studio is a good starting point to change your fitness habit. If you are an advanced or a regular gym goer you will feel lack of equipments(Personally visit and then decide based on your requirements). Price is very affordable compared to other nearby gym. Trainers are supportive and guide you whenever you have any doubt or if they see you doing the exercises with wrong form.
This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are nice . I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.
100% value for money. The trainers here (Saurabh sir, Sandesh sir, Omkar sir) are really helpful in all terms whether it may be diet or exercise or progress. This gym is really well equipped, well spaced and ventilated. Worth travelling 1.5 kms everyday.
