Absolutely exquisite!! This is a fine dining that is a must try cultural-food experience for tourist coming to India. I didn't get a picture but they have a large plate shaped as the country where they have a special ingredients from every state to put it in a collectively cultural and flavorful dish. The staff explain every dish well and were very attentive to us. Thank you so much for the memories.

A really great experience for a special occasion. They have a new tasting menu but have retained some of the old favorites like coffee stones and the Khichdi of India. Staff were fabulous (special shoutouts for Prashant, John, and the rest). Drinks were well balanced (particularly recommend the Tres Ind G&T). It isn't a budget night out by any measure, but the food, staff and experience are worth it.

What really blew me away was the quality and presentation of the food. This is a modern Indian restaurant. Food is on the lighter side compared with traditional Indian cuisine, which I personally prefer. But I wouldn't call this a "fine dining" place, as advertised. The dishes are not as refined. We ordered the tasting menu, and it's a lot of dishes, so we end up feeling very stuffed. The staff are very friendly and attentive, which added to the dining experience.

Their flavors are nice but still they're harsh and not as refined as you would be expecting here. The creativity is lovely. The staff is incredible. The price is exceptionally affordable. But, the bottom line is that it comes down to flavor. For me it was a failure to blend the roughness of certain spices in a fashion that made it balanced on the palate... All while not losing culture at the same time. And that is what a Michelin restaurant should do. If you're going for the star your food better be the focus. This is something I know quite a bit about.
