Very bad customer service, the staff doesn't know even a product available or not. If we asked a query to the staff they will transfer that to another staff.

Nice collection for all ages with good offers under one roof

You will get clothes for a good price for both men and women. There are many good collections of dresses.

NEVER GO THERE, THEY ARE CHEATING PUBLIC BY HIDING THEIR RETURN/REFUND POLICY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Very interesting refund/return policy.we bought items worth 8000 and paid 4000 as advertised on their promotion days. One of the item worth 699 was damaged and we presented for exchange within 14 days. Never heard of a policy that I have to get a single piece of exact same priced item for exchange. They will not allow you to choose two items and pay the difference, Or refund the remaining money it you purchase an item lesser than the value of 699!! As a consumer, you would expect that you are entitled for the exchange of same product value, not the offer value. And it never documented in their invoice that, I have to get a single piece of same exact value item if I wanted to get exchanged or they will only refund the offer price(the price we paid after discount, not the tag price). This is like cheating the customers by not disclosing such terms and conditions of exchange/refund. I can't believe such policies are legal under consumer law? It is all verbal policies and the staff/management never presented a written documentation of such policies even after requesting. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN.

This is much better than zudio in terms of clothes. Some trends stores also has extended brands like PE, VH, Killer etc. Offers are available for almost every time of the year
