very poor service, i buy a sweater for my brother and i lost my bill and because of sefty reason i didn't add my phone no in billing, after 3 days sweater is very large size for my brother then i came to change, without bill they didn't change sweater even sweater tag is attached, and behaviour is very rude employee name nadim sidhqui. never buy any product from trend opulent store. road stall is better then trends because they are supportive behaviour.very very poor store. even store incharge is not supportive.

15th Oct 2023 Did shopping for my kid, I asked at billing counter for my previous purchase's accumulated loyalty points, and they said have to call on a number, and for that I will a get a message.... Which i havent received even after 4 hours of shopping.. I asked for feedback register, they routed me to security check desk, then re-routed to another desk.. And over there they again said the same as billing counter... Mr.Ambani, why you can't put a feedback register in your retails outlets??? Is it so tough to afford or something else?? Please ask your employee Mr.Niranjan about this sitty experience I had today.. #shamelessemployees #shamelessambani

Worst experience there , I purchased a denim jeans there after using 3-4 times it tear , when I go to store for complaining, the behaviour of staff is disgusting they all deny to help me even I give all information about purchase , unfortunately I don't have bill . But by the help of customer care I generated the bill but in store they Deny to any help .trends is good brand but this time disappoint me specially the staff of opulent treads staff .

Great range and variety... Awesome discounts during sale period. Their staff is also very helpful and warm. The quality of clothes is very good.

Nice store for the Brand like Netplay, Performax , Flying Machine etc. Color of the Clothes become colorless after few washes. Prices are affordable but Don't purchase the discounted price Clothes cause some size problems are being there. You'll not getting the size you're looking for. Over all, It's okay. Alternations over formal clothes aren't available unlike shoppers stop. Thanks for reading out! Cheers :)

The staff is too rude. went there to buy a blue denim . The staff didn't let me shop from the 50% off section. Kept me showing some other brand which was on 20% off. Later, told me use the trial room which was meant for kids. Don't know the logic behind but didn't like the behaviour.

This store always has so much mis communication amongst their employees, no one has a clear idea of what is going on. One person tells one thing about coupons and one person say something else, before shopping when asked they had told about the offer is available and at the time of the billing they all startee asking amongst each other and then finally after making us wait for 15 mins they said the offer can't be availed. Why do you misinform the customer to make them fall for the offers first and thn say its non applicable.
